Shipping Policy

All regular orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Thank you for pre-ordering from our website! We are thrilled to offer this convenient option for our valued customers. Please note that all pre-orders will begin shipping in March.

Here is some important information regarding pre-orders:

  • Your credit card will be charged at the time of purchase to secure your place in line for the product.

  • Delivery times for pre-orders can vary and are dependent on a number of factors, including product availability, order volume, and shipping method selected.

  • In the event that we are unable to fulfill your pre-order, we will provide a full refund of your purchase price.

  • If you need to make any changes to your pre-order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made.

Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns and exchanges for orders shipped within the United States. You can return both defective and non-defective products within 30 days of receiving them, as long as they are in new or slightly used condition. To initiate a return or exchange, please email info@stickerarmor.com. Please pack the items securely, attach the label, and ship them back to us by mail. We do not charge any restocking fees. Once we receive your return, please allow up to 15 days for us to process your refund; the amount will be credited back to your original payment method. If you choose an exchange instead of a return, we will ship the replacement item free of charge. For more details or assistance, please visit our website or contact our customer service team.
